No, Our regular storage units are drive-up.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located at ground level of the facility that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
No, you must provide your own lock.
What’s the difference between office hours and operating hours?
You can access your storage units 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our remote office is open from 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday and by appointment.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
Reservations are not required. If no units are available online, please call the office and speak with a manager. We will do the best we can to accommodate you.
What kind of security do you have?
We have 24-hour 4K video surveillance.
How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month-to-month leases. You can also inquire about our pre-pay plans as they offer savings for long-term customers.
How much notice must be given when I move out?
Unlike many facilities we do not require prior notification when you move out. However it is your obligation to tell us when you move out. Please contact a manager for details.
When can I access my unit?
You can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes holidays.
Do you offer a mover?
We do not offer a mover. We would be happy to recommend someone. Please contact a manager for more details.
Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facilities?
No.

How can I make a payment?
You can pay online with a credit card or ACH automatically debited each month or by phone
